The Role
We're looking for a Technical Co-founder (Platform) to own the architecture and execution of our core platform. You'll set technical direction, build critical services, and help shape a world-class engineering culture. This is a ground-floor role with outsized product and company impact.
What You'll Build
You'll lead and expand Viduli's managed services platform:
- Ignite Application Service: Application deployment platform for custom apps
- Orbit Database Service: Managed database offerings with scalable infra
- Flash Cache Service: High-performance caching for low-latency apps
- Global Service Mesh: mTLS-secured, observable service-to-service layer
- Container Orchestration: Kubernetes at scale for thousands of deployments
- Sidecar Architecture: Envoy proxy patterns for zero-downtime & traffic control
Technical Stack
- Platform Core: Go for performance and reliability
- Orchestration: Kubernetes, Envoy, cloud-native infrastructure
- Backend: Python/Django for application services
- Frontend: Next.js/React with TypeScript
- Infrastructure: Multi-region, high-availability, fault-tolerant systems
What We're Looking For
Technical Requirements
- Deep experience building and scaling distributed systems
- Expertise in container orchestration (Kubernetes is a must)
- Service mesh experience (Istio, Linkerd, or similar)
- Cloud infrastructure depth (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Go proficiency (Python familiarity is a plus)
- DevOps/SRE background with production systems

Compensation
Equity-only initially. We expect to reach cash flow in ~3 months. At that point, we plan to introduce salary compensation alongside continued equity. We’re transparent about this so you can make an informed decision about timing and fit.
